One of the most frustrating things to happen, is trying to get to your next class in the crowded hallways of school and someone in front of you is walking so slow that you can’t help but explode with impatience.
Nothing annoys me more than the people walking in front of me dragging one foot in front of the other at a deathly slow pace, especially if the cause is something not worth while.
Some people engage on their phones, walking aimlessly through the halls with no sense of direction. They make it significantly more difficult for those just trying to get to class.
I get it, we all want to stretch out the time in between classes. Whether you choose to spend time with friends or answer a text, this does not require a snail’s pace.
Keep the feet moving or pull over.
If you don’t know by now, let me fill you in on which side of the hall to walk on, THE RIGHT. Think about it, when you’re on the road driving, you stay in your lane. Put the pieces together and remember not to block off others trying to get by on the other side.
It only takes one person to slow down half the hallway which is, to say the least, extremely inconvenient.
And don’t even get me started on the stairwells at 2:47pm Monday through Friday.
People can’t seem to understand that others are just trying to get out of the building as fast as possible. We all have the same destination, Main Street, so let’s all wait to do anything other than walking in order to get downstairs.
You can take this with a grain of salt, but all I’m going to say is keep the feet moving.
