DHS Students React to Super Bowl LI

For 2017’s Super Bowl LI, New Englanders were overwhelmed with pride when they watched their home team, The Patriots, win their 5th Super Bowl.

After the huge win, The Super Bowl Parade, which was held in Boston and attended by many DHS students,who were eager to share their thoughts.

Senior Henry W said, “It was one of the greatest games ever to watch.” Senior Eamon R followed up and said, “I’ve never been so proud to be a New Englander after that huge comeback”.

Referring to his favorite part of the game, Junior Eugene K said, “Dont’a Hightower’s strip sack that caused the turnover was my favorite part by far”.

DHS math teacher Ms. Good said, “Tom Brady and Danny Amendola were my favorite players because Amendola had some great interceptions and Tom Brady had some nice passes and is just legend”.

It was clear that DHS was overwhelmed with pride after the unforgettable win of its home team.
