Cancer and extreme illness continues to turn the lives of patients and their families upside down, but this Duxbury based charity will put an end to this suffering.
Wicked Good Cause is a charity that helps assist families affected by major illnesses. “Only 4% of Government funds go to pediatric cancer research,” said founder Christien Frazier. The pursuit of Wicked Good Cause has been recognized by over 300 sponsors and partners, including The New England Patriots. They even raised upwards of $80,000 at their annual Winter Ball last year.
“Volunteers are our lifeline,” asked Fraizer, student support through pep rallies, social media shout outs, and sporting events would dramatically help this organization grow.
Wicked Good Cause can even organize media coverage for student events supporting their charity. “It all starts with you kids who will become lifelong philanthropists,” said Fraizer. If you strive to do some good and change lives, or simply have your fifteen seconds of fame, consider supporting Wicked Good Cause through your school or athletics. Student volunteers like you could really make a difference for Wicked Good Cause. “Students are trend setters,” said Fraizer. Take the opportunity to use your position in our society to give back. Together we can “paint the school gold,” said Fraizer. If you or anyone you know is interested in volunteering, supporting, or donating, you can contact Wicked Good Cause through their Email- email@example.com Facebook- @wickedgoodcause or Twitter- @wickedgoodcause.
